COVID-19 Operating Plan for the Cherokee County Judiciary (PDF)


THE COURTHOUSE IS
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
MON-FRI 8AM to 4PM
(except Holidays)

Please enter the courthouse from the North
or South Entrance. (The Side entrances will remain closed.) At the door someone will check temperatures and verify those being admitted do not have symptoms of COVID-19.

We ask that you wear a face mask and
practice social distancing while in the courthouse in order to protect against and limit the spread of COVID-19.

As of February 15, 2020 the East Texas Council of Governments will transfer
Cherokee County reverse 911 Emergency Notification System to Rave Alert.
All residents of Cherokee County who previously registered with Code Red to receive Emergency Notifications will be required to re-register as the information previously provided to Code Red will not transfer over.
